Long Post Coming Soon-ish
14 December 2008
A long post with many photos coming up, perhaps the day after tomorrow!
Not tomorrow because I will be in school until goodness knows when.
So, I will post up photos of :
- The day we went to Youth Park (26 November)
- Chinese Orchestra Farewell (4 December)
- Korean Gurguyo Concert (4 December)
- Christmas decorations (which includes my pretty self *coughs*)
- The two times I went to Secret Recipe (8 December ; 13 December)
If I can, that is. Because there really are a lot. I'll select a few photos which I look nice in (well, naturally, who doesn't do that?) and upload them.
My mom just came back from Bali this afternoon. She bought so many things! She had to buy a new luggage to stuff everything in.
Chocolates, clothes, soft toys, pictures (the hang-on-the-wall kind), some exquisite, carefully carved wood objects, thongs (I mean the shoes), cushion covers, batik stuff, bags .... God, what HADN'T she bought?
Grrr. I hate my dad sometimes.
My mum wasn't at home for five or six days, and you'd thought everyone would give her a warm welcome when she came home. NOT.
Well, at least, not for my dad. First thing they did? QUARREL.
What the fuck. Over some stupid thing. We originally planned to go to Butterworth tonight, to play with my cousin's dog, but then, because they quarreled, we couldn't go. Must be some quarrel.
Thanks, Dad.
Another boring night in. What to do?
I should start packing today! Then I'd still have a few days to contemplate on what to put into the luggage and what not to put into the luggage. The big fat ladybird soft toy, for instance. And the large amount of junk food.
Save me. We, quite possibly have to spend every free moment when we are at KL (when we are not practicing, competing, sleeping, eating or using the toilet) RESTING in our hotel room. Rest. Lai Sheng intended to let us go shopping, sightseeing and whatever, take our minds off things, but our beloved TME simply refused to let us go out of the hotel.
Even if there are card games, other games, a television ... what else can one do?! I don't think SHE will let us go swimming (if there's a swimming pool that is) either. If she doesn't allow us to shop, which, in my opinion, is much safer than swimming, then no way will she let us even dip our toes in the pool.
Oh, crap. Just our luck that she's the teacher who's bringing us to KL. Great. Too great. *grimace*
