Random

27 November 2008

I suddenly realized that there is nothing much to blog about the day we went to the Gurney New Wing.

So I'll just post some random photos today ...

Ate sushi for lunch that day!! Yum. I so missed sushi, since I haven't even smelled one for ages. Ahhh. Indulgence.

Wait. Do sushi have smells? Well, maybe seaweed. *frowns*

Bought these books from Popular.

Remember Me? was nice, just like all the other Sophie Kinsella books. But I love the Shopaholic series more. I absolutely love Becky and her crazy ways.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban - I read it many times, and I'm still not sick of it. I'm going to collect every Harry Potter book (with my mom's money =P) from now on. They are totally worth it. I already have the 6th and7th book, I just don't know where those books are right now....

And Popular constantly disappoints me!! When I went there I couldn't even find Eclipse and Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer. There were only Twilight and New Moon.

Many times when I went there, I couldn't find whatever I wanted to find. Instead I found them all in MPH. The Gossip Girl prequel, the new Gossip Girl series ... I bought them all from MPH. Booo.

Oh that reminds me. I have yet to read the Midnight Sun excerpt (is 3 whole chapters still considered as an excerpt?) on the Stephenie Meyer website. Shu Mei sent the link to me yesterday, but she said it took her about 3 hours to finish everything. Since it was already quite late, I decided not to read it.

Took this photo in the new Parkson dressing room. It's huge. Hugeeee, with a comfy chair and table inside. I think three (or perhaps four?) people can sleep inside quite comfortably.

Pretty in pink. Simplicity. Sometimes I love it, sometimes I just don't. *shrugs*

When my nails finally become longer, I'm going to get a French manicure!! Like the one I got in Singapore last year. Maybe I will wait till Ee Leng's here. Same company. ;D

I don't understand my nails. During school days, they grow sooo fast and it's always a somewhat ... onerous (sort of) task to cut them all off. Now during the holidays, they simply refuse to grow longer. Pffft.

Tied my hair up. Not very successfully though. Blame it on the layers.

**************

Anyway, yesterday was brilliant! My "plan with friends" couldn't be more perfect, even though it wasn't what we originally planned to do. It was completely unexpected. Completely fun. Completely crazy. ;P

And I passed my CO test!! *whoops*

I will blog about it soon!! There are around 70 photos, and even though I'm not going to post all of them up, it will still take some time ....

And tomorrow is my birthday! Spooky how time flies so fast, isn't it?? In a tick and I'll be on my deathbed.

*SLAP!*

Like they always say : "Touch wood."

I'm going to school early in the morning until the afternoon, then I'm going off to Gurney with a few people, to watch Twilight, during twilight! =D Or maybe not. 7.30 p.m is past twilight already I think. Shu Mei is watching the 2:30 p.m. show so no chance of seeing her (and the pester-for-a-present part) ...

P.S./ Now I love the song Decode by Paramore. So nice!! And it's one of the Twilight Soundtracks. I never even noticed how the lyrics are related to the story until Shu Mei told me yesterday. I guess I listened to the song a long time ago. Without lyrics.

"The truth is hiding in your eyes, and it's hanging on your tongue ..."
"Just boiling in my blood, but you think I can't see ..."
"My thoughts you can't decode ..."

They're all true. Sooo true.

No Update Because I'm Dead

26 November 2008

I mean, almost dead.

I spent the whole day making the farewell invitation cards. Now my shoulders, my neck, my arms, my back, they all ache. Poooh.

So, when can I finally update?

Maybe tomorrow, I mean, later today (shit, not again). But chances of my posting a blog entry later is only about ... 10%? Because I'm going to school later and I'm not coming home until 6 o'clock in the evening. I have plans with some friends, and if there's anything interesting I might blog about it.

*pulls a face* I better not increase my list of to-blog-abouts. It's already too long.

Ehm. Actually I found out I never posted the Hari Raya event thing. Oops.

And I actually never finished my Singapore posts, which should be posted ... around eleven months ago. Oops again.

And ... the Cameron Highlands trip, which happened approximately seven months ago. Ahem.

***************

Shit. JANE. She watched Twilight already!!!

Hands off my ... uh, boyfriend (correction : one of the boyfriends, in my dreams)-aka-Edward Cullen-aka-Robert Pattinson!! Shoo. Shooo. Smelly.

I might be watching it on the 28th of November (familiar date? ;P)!!

That is, if :

a) My brother agrees to bring us to the cinema.
b) I can reserve the tickets in time.
c) I have the time.

I still need to go to school (ON MY BIRTHDAY! UNFAIR!) until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. So maybe I don't have time. Sigh. I might even have a CO exam that day. Bollocks.

Please, ignore me and my lousy, futile attempts to ... err, sound? ... British. *sheepish smile* Bloody hell, British accents are just sooo damn sexy!! =P

Anyway, Shu Mei might be watching Twilight on that day too! I'm gonna pester her about my birthday present if I see her. Hahaha.

And I should go to bed now if I want to stay awake until 6 o'clock tomorrow.

Good night, and dream of me!! ;)

P.S/ I love the song Slipping Through My Fingers from the movie Mamma Mia. So nice.

Save Me.

25 November 2008

I feel all queasy.

What is wrong with me?? Maybe I'm too bored.

Will blog tomorrow. I mean, later today. If I'm free. Because I have a giant pile of stupid invitation cards to make, which is due this Wednesday. Shit. I don' t need this.

And you call this holidays. *scoffs*

Quick Update

22 November 2008

Will have a proper update soon!

Anyway,

Happy Birthday to Hui Ming! Hui Min! Hooi Min!

Jesus. How the hell do you spell her name?

Haaa, whatever, it doesn't matter, it's the thought that counts, no? ;)

She loves Lin Jun Jie. *blank stare* I mean, of course I know who he is but she said he's cute, which I completely don't understand. He's cute? I'm also cute! (which was exactly what I told her)

You can slap me if you want, I think it's what I need ...

And she said she hates people insulting him. Or she hates the people who insult him. Great! I'm going to insult him! Hahaha.

*************

I went to the Gurney New Wing on Thursday with my mom and my sister. Thank God, for once my sister actually wanted to go shopping. If she didn't go I probably also wouldn't.

Will update about it soon! (but ah, whenever I say that, it means that I won't)

But I suppose this time I will because there are so many photos of my gorgeous self.

Okay, I definitely a slapping. Slap me, someone.

And Twilight just aired in USA some hours ago!! Lucky Jane.

I Miss You, Jane!!

20 November 2008

EXTREMELY LONG, ERR, JANE-ISH POST AHEAD!

I talked to Jane through a video call in MSN last night!!

(Or the day before the last, because it's 12:30 a.m right now)

Well, at least it was night, here in Malaysia. Actually, night is the wrong word. Should be midnight. Or the very earliest hours of the morning.

Jane has finally reached Utah, after visiting Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle. The lucky bitch. Bastard.

To think she went to so many exciting places in a week and during that same whole week I was lying on my bed, surfing the net, watching and re-watching movies (Lord of the Rings again, anyone?), daydreaming, fantasizing about some ... fantasies? and wasting time.

It's a wonderful life. *grimace*

It was the 18th of November, around 1:00 a.m when I talked to her, and according to Jane it was only the 17th of November, around 9:00 - 10:00 a.m over there!

Which struck me as a little bit strange. Our time is almost two days ahead of the time in America?! I thought, maybe 12 hours or so. Maybe Jane got it wrong. *shrug*

Anyway, through the webcam, Jane showed me the surroundings of her cousins' house. Or more like, the neighbourhood. And my jaw literally dropped. It is very gorgeous, with an air of peaceful serenity about it.

Okay, maybe I'm not one to talk. I haven't really seen that much, so I wouldn't know what is truly beautiful and what is not. But whatever! At least I know that it is wayyyy nicer there in Utah than here in Penang.

But of course!!

I really have to stop stating the obvious.

Look how brilliantly blue the sky is!!

And yes, those are ducks! Ducks, right at people's doorsteps! Ahhh!! I have never seen anything like it. Cocks and hens, maybe. Cats and dogs, there are so many of them, they irritate me sometimes. But ducks?!

Jane and her brother Mitchell fed the ducks right in front of my eyes. Uhm. Okay. That last part sounds queer. Since we're about a zillion miles away from each other.

Oh, and I could hear the quacking of the ducks! They were very noisy.

I don't know how to describe my feelings, I just know I felt incredibly happy after looking at the sceneries, after looking at the ducks, hearing Jane's voice, hearing the quacks of the ducks.

That was the closest I had ever been to America, if you know what I mean. Of course there were movies, videos, photos .... but it's different!! It's like, I have never seen America like that, so ... normal. So ... CLOSE. It was like seeing a whole new world, a world that is alive. Movies, they all are just ... well, movies. They all seem so ... dead.

Fine, I'm not going to say anymore, because probably no one will understand. Just think of it as a pile of nonsense.

The houses look too good to be true, don't they? If the quality of the photo above is better, I reckon it can be made into a desktop wallpaper.

AHHH JANE IS ONLINE AGAIN!!! *scream*

Wow. It sure is hard to talk to her. It's 1:27 a.m right now, and it's 10:30 a.m over there. I just told her I'm like an owl. I have to wake up at night if I want to talk to her. Or I have to wake up early in the morning.

Oh, and Jane declared that it is very cold *brrr* over there, and how she loves the weather over here. Gah. If only she knows how fucking hot it is right now.

And I asked her to promise me that she'll call me again when it finally snows!! I will be even "closer" then. Sigh. Why is it so hard to express my feelings?

And the lucky bastard went to Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom. AHH!!!! Actually I never knew there was a Saks Fifth Avenue in San Francisco. So when I first saw it I jumped to the conclusion that she went to New York. And I vowed that I will kill her if she goes to New York.

OMG! There's Juicy Couture at Nordstrom okay!!! *screams louder*

WHY IS SHE SO LUCKY DAMMIT!!!!

Eh! And I already got a present from her brother!! *whoops* Which turns out to be a sea lion plushie from San Francisco. Ooh. From San Francisco!!! I think I might faint. So if I someone buys me something from New York I'll probably jump off my balcony.

Mitchell said it was an advanced birthday present. Or belated. Because they're only coming back in January. Oh man. I don't know why, but I miss Jane so much!!!

And that day, while I was talking to Jane, I could see her brother eating Häagen-Dazs in the background. In the morning! He's crazy.

So I told him his tummy is getting bigger, and you know what he said? He said, ah, it's cold over there and he needs to eat more food, so that it will provide warmth. *snorts* You don't eat ice cream to keep warm okay. You DON'T.

Anyway Jane said the Häagen-Dazs ice cream over there is very cheap, compared to the ones here. I think she said it was around $2.00. Which is certainly very cheap. If you convert it to RM, it's probably around RM7. The actual ice cream HERE is RM9+, I think. I THINK. I haven't eaten it for ages.

Which is probably a good thing.

Jane also showed me a pretty glass necklace she bought in ... was it Seattle? I think it was. For $28. I can't quite decide whether it is considered as cheap or expensive, since the thing I wanted to buy costs $225. Ah. *scoffs* In my dreams.

Oh, Jane also took me for a "tour" around her cousin's house. Eh! I am impressed! The houses are fairly modern. Okay, I don't know what I was expecting, those kind of very very old country houses with secret passages maybe? WTF. That's what you get for reading (used to, long ago) too many Enid Blyton books.

AHHH! Jane said she stole some grapes from a vineyard when she was in a place called Napa Valley. Damn. She's so bad. And she said she also stole some oranges from the hotel she's staying in. Actually she is allowed to take the oranges, but she just took more than the normal, rightful amount one is supposed to take. xD

Hehhh! I stole some photos from Jane's Facebook.

Look at the aquarium! Isn't it magnificent? So colourful. THAT is how a real aquarium should look like! Not like the ones in Langkawi and Singapore. Singapore's was okay, at least there was a touch pool there. But I don't recall seeing a touch pool or anything of the sort in Langkawi.

Look! So many sea lions. So fat. So lazy. Loves to be with their friends. And seee they love to sunbath too!

I think I have found my true friends. At last. Fat, lazy, loves friends and loves the sun (only if it's not scorchingly hot) ....

*frowns* Why am I feeling so energetic! It's 2.00 a.m in the morning right now and I'm still feeling wide awake. Only with an occasional yawn or two. I'm strange.

Aww. Mok Mok said she didn't sleep for the whole night yesterday! She said she's got insomnia. Poor thing. =(

EH!! Stupid Hsieh Ying is still online!! What the hell is she doing? No wonder she's got such terrible eye bags and dark eye circles. Like me. LOL. She brought this on herself and she still dared to complain that her dark eye circles are very conspicuous. Serves her right. ;P

And today, after CO practice, my mom brought my sister, Chiew Na, Hsieh Ying, Siok Zhen (not sure about the spelling) and I to Little Cottage 2 for lunch. Took some photos with Hsieh Ying's new camera. Will upload it soon, when she finally sends it to me!

And I really have to stop talking.

And I know this post is seriously long (and nonsensical).

And I am hungry. Grrrr.

And I'm bored. Entertain me.

And I have to go to sleep.

And I have to remember to miss someone.

But you don't really miss someone if you have to remember to miss that someone. Right?

Okay. Last thing~

GRAND COUNTDOWNS :

8 days until my birthday!

28 days until the CO competition!

(And I KNOW I am pathetic. Because yes, my holidays and my life is truly that boring and uninteresting that I have to blog about someone else's. Like I said, pathetic. *shakes head*)

Victoria's Secret 2008

16 November 2008

UPDATE : Saw so many gorgeous photos of the fashion show already!!! But I don't like Adriana's curls! =( She looks better with long, slightly wavy hair, like how it was during the 2005 fashion show~ Oh well.

The show is airing soon, in December! The 3rd or 4th of December, to be exact, but that's probably for USA only ....

Anyway, I'll watch it on YouTube. =)

Not that I'm really interested in the lingerie, beautiful as they are. I just want to ogle at the Angels.

(Am I the only one that feels like dying when looking staring at her eyes? They're killer!! =X)

Adriana Lima, my favorite VS Angel out of the three of my favorite VS Angels which means that she's my favorite VS Angel anyway (get it?) will be wearing the $5 million (!!!) Black Diamond Fantasy Miracle Bra (damn, even a BRA's name is so much more impressive than my own) and I can't wait to see her strut down the runway in it!

Girls say that Adriana is lucky to be wearing the expensive bra.

Guys say that the bra is lucky to be worn by Adriana.

Which I completely agree. She is too gorgeous, too hot, too sexy, too ... and I still have not forgotten that she is engaged to that ugly Marko guy. Shit.

Miranda Kerr

So cute! So cute! SOOO CUTE! (obviously my second favorite)

And she's dating Orlando Bloom. %$@#!*

And I love her butterfly wings. So pretty! I WANT HER WINGS! But what for? Maybe I'll just wear it and prance around my room, strike a pose in front of the mirror, smiling. After a second smile will fade, because I guess nobody will look nice with wings on except the Angels.

Then I'll throw the wings out of the window. Pfft.

Doutzen Kroes

Sometimes she's pretty, sometimes she's just ... well, not that pretty. She looked nice in one of the shows, forgot which year it was, where she held a nice big lollipop! Yum.

And she totally looks like Denise Richards.

And Heidi Klum (Shu Mei's favorite!) has these magnificent, sparkly red wings made of ... giant sequins? (at least that's what it looks like to me) The wings are designed to look like a ribbon on gift boxes. Hmm. Heidi must be a very nice present to receive.

*She looks weird in the photo above, but she's not the point I posted that photo. Focus, focus on the wings! *dazzled*

I don't particularly like or dislike Heidi, and sometimes she also flashes from pretty to ... not ugly, still pretty, but not as pretty. But you have to admit she's great. She's a mother of three (I think) and she still has quite a great body! She hosts Germany's Next Top Model and Project Runway. Successful right? *awed expression*

Alessandra Ambrosio also just had a baby weeks (or was it months?) ago, and now she's already back to her skinny, pretty old self, with only a very slight hint of a ... belly?

Selita Ebanks chopped off her luscious long black hair. Wonder why. I mean of course she's a supermodel and she can (probably) pull off whatever look she wants. But I still think she looks nicer with long hair.

Marisa Miller

Many people's new favorite VS Angel. She's too skinny! And her boobs and head are too big for her body. End of story.

Eh, why am I posting all these?!

Sheesh, I don't even know what I was talking about.

OMFG!!! The fashion show was held at somewhere around Miami and guess which good friend of mine is currently 'somewhere around' there?

I HATE JANE!!!!!

Wendy ; Happy Hols!!

14 November 2008

Happy Birthday, Wendy!!

She's leaving for Singapore on the 26th of December, which is quite a long way away!

She has been my classmate for three years, and usually she's the one who makes us and the teachers all laugh!

Making us laugh is one thing, something that is quite easy to achieve. Making the teachers laugh, on the other hand is ... quite difficult. Mostly the teachers would get angry or annoyed. Mostly.

I'll never forget that Wendy falls off her chair in class sometimes. xD

And how she laughs like a ... what? An elephant? Uh, probably not. I don't know, maybe it is what I would call an influential laugh. When she laughs, everyone else will laugh along with her, or laugh at her laughing. =D

Wendy & I~

Her hair is so long! And it will be even longer when we next see her (whenever that is), because she will be allowed to have long hair then. Lucky ass.

And she is tanned! AND she has huge eyes! Pfft.

My hair is soooo short!!!

It used to be so long BEFORE I got caught by the stupid Bull Horns. (which would be who I used to call Rotten Pear Fucker, but she had a haircut so I have to change the name. I don't know what to call her but I recalled myself saying, when I first saw her hideous new do, that it resembled a bull's horns. Ugly.)

It used to be so long BEFORE I got caught by THAT prefect. Or THOSE prefects. Arggh.

It used to be so long BEFORE the discipline teacher cut it all off.

It used to be so long BEFORE another discipline teacher tells me to cut it all off. But that certain teacher is already considered very nice, in fact, the nicest of them all, because if I was caught by other discipline teachers, they would probably just help you cut it off. Like what stupid Bull Horns THREATENED to do to me. *snarls*

Sigh. The history of my hair can be made into a book. For children. Around 10 pages. We'll see ... I still have two more agonizing years in this school so the book will probably have some more pages.

Sue Yi & Wendy

Sue Yi's hair is also so long! Arrgh, I hate her. She kept saying that it is only an optical illusion and it isn't really that long. But it is long. So I want to kill her.

She declares that this is the first time someone (which would be me) said that her hair is pretty. She should have stood on the right side in this photo! Her hair is longer and nicer on that side.

Hahaha Sue Yi really became prettier. For the hair anyway. =P

Okay, no, just joking. She really is prettier!

Wendy, Sue Yi & I

Wendy looks kind of dark and evil in this photo!

Nah! The nicer side of Sue Yi's hair ... but it's nicer in reality!

Song Nee & Wendy

Best friends~ =)

Wendy & Hui Jing

I think Hui Jing was in a hurry, which would explain her mess of a hair, and her somewhat ... flustered? Overexcited? expression.

************************

Anyway. Last day today!

Nothing good happened today. In fact everything was bad. Erghh.

There are only a few things that can cheer me up. A few thoughts. Sigh.

I'm going to watch movies again! I need a distraction.

And I miss everyone already. Friends. Teachers. A few familiar faces which I don't know. Yes I know, how come I miss those few familiar faces if I don't even know them? They just seem like part of ... part of everything. I don't know.

Sigh.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!!

Hmm, have fun for me. x(

Jit Nee is going off to KL soon, I think.

Hui Jing is going off to Singapore in December, I think.

Rui Mei is off to Indonesia sometime during the holidays, that I am quite certain of.

Yann Ying is flying to ... where? China? Somewhere. *lip wobbles*

Jun Wei? Sigh. The likes of her ... she'll probably go somewhere like China too.

Jane is already in USA.

My sister is going for a holiday with her classmates tomorrow.

My MOM, of all people, will be going to Bali in December.

Is there anyone I know that will still be stuck here in Penang? *cry*

Ahhh, whatever. I hope everyone has fun!! And remember to miss me. =S

LOVE Happiness is in the Air

13 November 2008

Hahaha. Guess whose birthday I forgot again.

EE LENG!! I am sooo sorry. Her birthday was ... uh, two days ago. Shit. I am indeed the worst person on earth. Two, three birthdays forgotten, all in a row. Sigh.

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, EE LENG! I LOVE YOU!!!

I miss you Ee Leng! Around one month and a week until I will see you again ... *grins*

I'm not forgetting whose birthday's tomorrow!! Wendy. Wendyyy. I want to get a present for her! As a birthday present AND a farewell present. But how? I'm STUCK here WTF I am NOT going to start that again ....

And I'm certainly not forgetting whose birthday's two weeks from tomorrow. *winks*

***********

Anyway. I thought today wasn't going to be tiring, like the previous days were. But I was wrong!

Walked a lot (and I mean a lot) today, from LS's shop to Yann Ying's house to Jun Wei's house, only to find that she wasn't at home, so we, all devastated (or only me) went back to Yann Ying's house and then back to LS's shop. Damn. Any idea how far away both those destinations are from each other?

My legs feel like jelly and marshmallow. I am SO tired.

Tired as I am, I still feel very happy today!! For some certain, special and personal reasons. =)

There was a talk today at the auditorium AGAIN, about the importance of recycling (or was it?) and ... *giggles* That bundle of something! I can't stop smiling right now. LOVEEE!!! (double meaning)

Tomorrow is the last day of school! I look forward to it (err, sort of?) and I don't look forward to it. I feel strange, and all wrong. Like I mentioned before, who in their right minds would like being in school? Obviously I am not in my right mind.

I hate the school, I hate SOME people, but still, I like being at school, being with my friends, being insane, being mad, being ... uh, bad? Okay, not.

And among other reasons.

I don't know what I am supposed to be looking forward to. I don't even KNOW what this holiday is for. What's the point? Last year I anticipated the cruise, what about this year? Boredom is all I can see. At least for the beginning of the holidays.

My sister is going to Pulau Pangkor and Gua Tempurung with her class this coming Saturday. And me, I'm all stuck at home, again. WHY? I honestly feel like weeping.

Shittt, this is getting a bit ... inappropriate. My blog title reads HAPPINESS IS IN THE AIR. And I am (or was, a few minutes ago) very happy! Why am I suddenly feeling so melancholic, so miserable?

Gosh, I am weird.

Oh God, I suddenly remembered. I was am damn irresponsible. Five. Five people were late for school and I let them slip away like that. What the FUCK is wrong with me? Sigh I know how much I hate being caught for anything, be it long hair, long nails, blah, blah. How furious I always feel after getting caught.

So now I'm trying not to make other people feel angry.

It's the same thing with mothers, to be honest. Like, my mom doesn't allow me to go out. I will TRY to prevent doing that to my child (if I ever plan to have one, which I most probably won't). I know how I feel like now, as a teenager. I wouldn't want my child to feel the same.

It's the same thing.

But it doesn't help actually. The people on duty inside will still copy the names. So what's the point? *confused*

*******************

Lucky bitch Jane and her brother are in Los Angeles now! Talk about envy and jealousy. My dream. MY DREAM. Of flying to USA, and spending some quality time there. Sigh.

Jane is not coming back until January. I miss her too! =(

Anyway. Last day tomorrow. I hope something good happens.

I'm So Tired~ *pouts*

Why the pout?

Because of the drills, period. I can't sleep. Thank you, God. Thanks a bunch.

Oh fuck today is Jit Nee's birthday and when I saw her (even talked to her, no less) I didn't even wish her! What kind of friend am I?! WHAT?!?

Oh, shit. Today is my brother's birthday too. Great.

Damn, I completely forgot. I was too ... happy and exhilarated. Why? Because our class went for the Heritage Walk in the morning just now, which included lots of running around, sweating and exposure to the sun. But I'll get to that later.

10 November 2008

We watched Rata-fucking-touille at school again. WTF. I watched it so many times already. Watched it once at the cinema, and twice at school.

Play something more interesting for God's sake!

Last time we watched this stupid movie called Baby Geniuses or something. The movie sucked. But the babies were incredibly cute though! I don't know, but the movie was just too boring. For me. My friends said it was nice ... *shrugs*

Anyway, after school, Jit Nee, Chiew Na, Hsieh Ying and I played Monopoly together. The game was borrowed from the library and it STANK!!! Arrrgh. Puke.

After the Monopoly, we walked to a nearby field, and played badminton! =P

Nice tree, is it not?

Don't know what's that under the trees, I'm hoping that they are not portable toilets ...

We saw lots of people taking their dogs for a stroll on that field! Most of the dogs were Golden Retrievers, my favorite!! =D

I HATE MY NOSE! I don't really like plastic surgery even though I have never experienced it, but it just seems so disgustingly painful and ... disgusting. *shudders* But what can I do? My nose is so ugly!

After the badminton, we went for a jog around the field. And we saw a caterpillar~ *SCREAM*!!!! I hate those wriggly, hairy little things. Yuck.

11 November 2008

We had ... hmm, what do you call it, dancing classes? today. EEW!

Worse still, it was more of the modern, hip hop kinda dance. Ah. Like I said to Shu Hui, innocent, sweet and gentle people like me *coughs* should never attempt to learn the hip hop dance. No fucking way.

But what could I do? Everyone else was dancing (even Rui Mei xD) and I couldn't very well just stand there and do nothing could I? Actually I could. Only that it wouldn't be fun.

Rui Mei was freaking funny! When everyone finished doing a twirl and was facing the front, she was always facing backwards. Different from everyone else. Then we were face to face, and when I saw her expression I laughed until my stomach ached. Not once, not twice but many times. Hilarious. xP

And while dancing we kept squealing "Ouch!" "Sorry!" "Ahhh!!!" because we kept stepping on each other's feet while twirling. So stupid. Haha.

The dancing made us all very tired! At least we all had a laugh. Ying Nee! Damn funny. =P

12 November 2008

Like I said, our class went for the Heritage Walk at somewhere around Georgetown. I don't really know where we went, but I do know that there were these three streets - Armenian Street, Cannon Street and Acheh Street.

There was supposedly a Treasure Hunt, but it wasn't exactly a true Treasure Hunt, like finding a paper that leads you to another paper that leads you to another paper that leads you to ....

After assembling, the people in charge (sorry I forgot all of their names =_=) gave us all little booklets with 12 questions we need to answer.

We needed to get the answers from ... well, everywhere within the three streets that I mentioned above. Not the regular Treasure Hunt, eh?

We had to look for certain types of traditional food, clothes, sketch the carvings on doors and windows, find the traditional names and histories of the streets, et cetera.

Overall it was really interesting, but so fucking HOT goddammit. Normally I like the sun (TAN!!) but come on it was almost 12 o'clock, and the sun was scorching hot. Blergh.

Before everything we went for a little breakfast at one of the food stores around the area. And we saw this uncle who was painting a picture of one of the buildings on one of the streets. So damn nice!

And we also saw this exquisite lotus flower :

We found a shop which made gorgeous Nyonya beaded shoes. Pretty, but not exactly my kind of shoes. More like my mom's. =P And guess the price? They cost RM600 a pop! I know, they ARE handmade and all but RM600??!

Well OK, I like Louboutins and they cost USD600 and above, but that's ... well, that's a designer brand! These beaded shoes are ... well, just shoes. Pretty shoes.

I didn't take any photos because I didn't take my camera with me when I was hunting for the "treasures" with Hui Jing.

Tell me, do you find a door-less toilet unique?! It IS unique right? That was how the toilets were built in the olden days. There were walls blocking the "view" of course, but if you continue walking, turn a bit, then you will see whoever's doing their business there. *raises eyebrows* I'd say that's unique all right.

We had to find 5 unique things in the old houses, and some examples were the air wells, the wood partition walls and super steep stairs. We couldn't find anything else, so we wrote down the door-less toilets. And the person in charge said it is modern, many houses have door-less toilets nowadays! What??! Door-less toilets, are you kidding me?! Eew.

The most interesting of all was the secret passages of the (how to spell it?!) Tua Pek Kong!! I never thought the Chinese knew how to build secret passages! I only read about them in books, saw them in movies, and almost all, screw that, ALL of those houses/castles/buildings are built by the English (and so on).

So fascinating, isn't it? But of course we didn't get to go down passage as it is blocked up. Duh.

Oh, Hui Jing and I saw an adorable puppy in a cage!! So cute!! *squeals* But before we both get to touch, pet or play with it, some guys shouted "等下它咬你啊!" so we ran away. Pfft.

OH! Hui Jing and I also met some irritating and crazy Malays who knew Chinese and said "你好吗" and "我爱你" to us. Perverts. Fuckers.

Sigh, it's so hard being beautiful. LOL!! xD

Hui Jing and I

See, so beautiful. Or not. Haaha.

Well, we did many more things today, but I'm not going to say anymore as I want to go play games and wait until the damned drills stop. It's SIX O'CLOCK!! I guess I can't sleep anymore. =(

Our class, E3B *hearts*

Actually not our whole class. Stupid Jun Wei was absent!!! So bad. =(

Anyway can you spot me? I'm the most conspicuous (the teacher wearing red excluded) because I'm holding a red bag! See! Only a flash of red! So obvious!

!!!!!!

Our class with the ... people in charge

(Shit I'm not the most conspicuous one anymore. Dang.)

They (the three people crouching at the lower left corner, and I still don't remember their names) are all very nice people! There was another one, don't know where she was. *shrugs*

Well, that's all for today. I'm staying back again tomorrow! But nothing tiring anymore, phew.

I FOUND OUT YOUR NAME! Finally. *grins* =D

To Jane and Xian : BON VOYAGE! Have fun in USA!!

Rui Mei = Glutton

8 November 2008

"DISCLAIMER" : This post is aimed at Rui Mei.

I hope you enjoy reading it Rui Mei ....

BUT! Boring stuff first.

My father's eldest brother and his wife came over today. Très annoying people.

"What are you doing? Huh? Huh? Huh?"

"Huh? Huh? Huh? "

WTF. Luckily when she arrived I had two tissues stuffed in my ears to block out the sound of the drilling next door. I can, at the same time, block out her voice. First the drills, then her voice. Not nice. Not nice at all.

And this time, it wasn't her who kept looking at what I was doing on the computer. It was him. I clicked my tongue so loudly and he still stood there like nothing happened. Bullshit. Ever heard of the word privacy?

I really can't stand people staring at what I am doing. Or staring at me. Actually, depends on who. Haahaha if it was someone hot like Robert Pattinson staring at me then I probably wouldn't mind. =P

WORSE STILL.

The other pair of cousins, but my father's sister instead, and her husband, are coming over on Wednesday. Damn. Trust me, they're the same. Always the questions, always the same conversations.

"Planning to go to Singapore to study? Hah?"

"How was your exams? Hah? What form are you in?"

Boring. Inquisitive, even. But lucky they're not staying over. Phew. I'd die. I'd lock myself in my room 24/7.

*************

Anyway. I have got some photos of uhh ... INESTIMABLE value to post here. Hahaha.

These photos are mostly of Rui Mei ... doing what, see for yourself. She asked me not to post these up as they will be the social kiss of death (no face etc) for her. =P Haha. All the more reason to post them.

Photos are not very clear, God knows why. Maybe because of the light. Blah.

Rui Mei, at my house, eating so many different kinds of food at the same time.

Indo Mee (which I so kindly, generously cooked for her), sweets, ice cream, a cup of Ribena, and the I-don't-know-what-they're-called fish snacks.

Okay maybe she wasn't eating them all at once. She wasn't exactly eating the fish snacks but she did plan to eat them while I was preparing lunch for her. She actually already opened the packet. Which showed how greedy she is. Lunch, and she wanted to eat snacks.

Caught in action!!!

Caught her eating a giant mouthful of ice cream.

FYI, the ice cream was made by my mum! Coffee flavored with a splash of Baileys Irish Cream. Sooo nice!!

This, was directly after Rui Mei finished her noodles.

Yann Ying was trying to measure Rui Mei's waist! And Rui Mei kept sucking in her tummy. But like Yann Ying said, only the one who's doing the sucking in will suffer, the one doing the measuring won't. =P

This, was directly after we all finished lunch. You see, after lunch and Rui Mei was eating the snacks. *shakes head*

She always declares that she has a lot of fans. Then I hope her fans see these photos! I hope they realize that they have been idolizing and admiring the wrong person for too long. Haha.

Now, a photo of the very very cute Hui Jing @ Lulu.

Hui Jing is the cutest among us all (shh must not let her know, her ego is already too big for her own good xD), even though Rui Mei always says that she's the cutest, prettiest, yadda yadda. Which of course, she is not.

Sorry to burst your bubble stupid Rui Mei. *sticks out tongue*

**************

Yesterday was Shi Yin's birthday!!

I did wish her at school yesterday and stupid her, she demanded a present from me. ME! So broke you know.

AND she said she doesn't know (forgot) when my birthday is. Poo. It wasn't like I remembered hers, my sister told me or else I wouldn't know either. So there.

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY SHI YIN!!

The birthday girl & I

This photo was taken ages ago. Meant to post all that day's photos here but somehow I managed to forget it on purpose.

Anyway I know this bottom part of the post is totally unnecessary, but how can I get past a post with my friends' photos and not mine? Hahaha. xP

That reminds me, I must post a photo of Jun Wei as well!

Jun Wei, Rui Mei and I

Jun Wei is so tiny! So skinny! So clever! So lame! So ...

And well since I'm here to ruin Rui Mei's name, spoil her image etc ... might as well do it properly.

See her ugly face. LOL. xD

I got a few other precious photos of her lying on my bedroom floor, eating a lollipop, talking on the phone, and with her underwear showing. Those photos were taken months ago so I don't know where they are right now but I just know they are somewhere around ....

*evil smile* Beware Rui Mei.

ANNOYING!!!!

8 November 2008

Woke up at 9.30 a.m. (!!!!) to the sound of drilling next to my ears.

I am damn irritated right now. The drilling is still as noisy as ever. Fuck. FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK.

* Yann Ying and Rui Mei came to my house yesterday and the stupid drilling almost drove us mad. Or it already did.

** Rui Mei introduced the game Family Restaurant to us. So nice! Now I'm hooked. Trying to download it to the computer but all of them are trials. No full version of the game. =(

Beyond Mad

5 November 2008

Going to rant about our school. AGAIN.

So. In this nice place we call our school,

1) Pick-up sticks are for murdering people.

But of course! If not, why can't we bring it to school?! Rui Mei brought hers to school today and it got confiscated by one of the she-thinks-she's-cool-but-she's-not(s).

What's wrong with the sticks? So harmless, even children can play them without accidentally swallowing the sticks like they might swallow dices. Might.

SHE said : "Oh you must get a permission slip."

WHAT THE FUCK PERMISSION SLIP AGAIN? Exactly WHAT in this school doesn't need a permission slip?! Books need permission slips. Combs need permission slips (which cannot be given out unless you are a member of a sports club where your hair might get messy). Hair need permission slips. HAIR. Like if you don't have bangs you must have a permission slip from the teachers or poof! What? Demerit of course.

Jeez, what's next? Maybe pencils and erasers need permission slips too!

MAD SCHOOL.

Lucky Wendy is going to Singapore next year! She got the scholarship lucky bastard. Sigh I should have TRIED to apply for it. There might be ... say, 0.1% that I will get it. But even the tiny 0.1% chance that I can get out of this school cheers me up considerably.

We said that we are going to use the pick-up sticks to ... well, do something that is not very nice and ... err, ladylike. Something along the lines of sticking the sticks into certain places on a certain someone. Think ass.

But then we are afraid that the person's asshole butt-hole (like Rui Mei said, it sounds cuter and not quite as rude) is too disgustingly dirty that the pick-up sticks will melt. *cough* Which I'm sure it will. A mean person has a dirty butt-hole. Or rather, the anus. That's just the way it is.

You know, since we can come up with something like sticking pick-up sticks into someone's butt-hole .... means we are also mean, you know what I mean?

2) There are two different types of Monopoly.

And I don't mean Monopoly(s) of different colours, different countries, different tokens, et cetera.

Juicy Couture Monopoly (DAMN PRETTY!)

Look at the tokens! Sweet! Love the heart one~

There are many boxes of Monopoly at school that belongs to the school. They allow us to play those during certain hours and classes.

But we are not allowed to bring our own Monopoly to school.

Tell me, what's the difference? Only that the school's Monopoly is filthier and not in quite as good a condition as one's own.

It is completely, utterly, absolutely, EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS.

They said we are not allowed to bring it because there's a dice and we might gamble (how, I have no idea), then IF we use the school's Monopoly (of course with the dices) then we can't gamble?!

Oh, how perfectly logical.

3) You get free hair cuts!

Okay, that's not completely true, but still, under certain ... circumstances the discipline teachers will cut your hair for you. Actually not all the discipline teachers are that mean. Some gives us chances. Unlike SOME. *scowls*

I know it's not some important news. But I totally forgot to mention that my hair was cut by the discipline teacher exactly 6 days before PMR.

BEFORE PMR. People are sitting for their exams and they check and cut people's hair! Like all the things we have to study, all the strain isn't enough, we have to add another worry onto the pile of already high worries.

We worry about how badly our hair suck! Any normal girl will feel like that. Because the hair cut the discipline teacher gave us, was horrible. GROTESQUE. Our hair will look like THIS on one side, and the other will look like THAT. Eew.

Okay, not going to rant about school no more.

Our class is going on a trip next Wednesday! *whoops* Another day out of school. I'm not sure whether it is fun or not, but there's a treasure hunt so I don't suppose it will suck too bad.

And I have a little plan with Chiew Na, Hsieh Ying and Jit Nee next Monday. *grins*

And our class is going to cook tomorrow!! Our group, like many others, are cooking spaghetti. Personally I prefer macaronis/pasta (or whatever those smaller, shorter type of ... uh, pasta?! are called) than spaghetti. But most people in my group likes spaghetti, so, spaghetti it is!

I have a most terrible holiday looming before me. Possibly, during December, I have to go to school every day, every SINGLE day (except Sundays I think), from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. for CO practice, WOO-HOO!!! NOT.

Not that I have anything to do at home anyway but still, going to school every day during the holidays is not my idea of fun. I'd rather stay at home and snooze. I think it's more fun.

MY BIRTHDAY IS IN 25 DAYS!!!

Spending my birthday alone is NOT what I have in mind. But who's there?! My MOM!? Gosh. *breath*

And shit, I don't think I can cope with everything next year. I will die. Physics. Chemistry. Biology. WTF. Sigh, I dread the next year all right. I loved this year. It was fun! =(

I haven't updated about the Malay thingy! I probably won't. Or I will. Depends on my mood which is quite good these days except for the occasional annoying itch in my stupid giant of a nose. Arrgh.

Giant-sized poker cards~ (and my nose)

AH HOW CAN I FORGET?!

I just had a fright today. And no it wasn't lizards.

Suddenly my whole body felt all itchy, and I couldn't resist, so I scratched it all over. My face, my neck. When I looked in the mirror there was this .... *shudder* some sort of rash. SO DISGUSTING! Like, as one say, the surface of the moon. Like I sprouted twenty pimples suddenly.

Even when I drank lemonade my whole tongue prickled, my lips itched.

At once I went for a bath, and after bathing I applied some pure aloe vera on the rashes. Whew. Relief. After some time the stupid rashes disappeared. Thank GOD. I almost thought that my face was ruined forever.

My mom said maybe it was a heat rash as it is super-duper hot these days. And maybe I didn't drink enough water.

JANE IS GOING TO USA IN A WEEK.

Come on, rain some money this week. Oh, I'm supposed to meet Rui Mei at midnight today, and sneak off to Yann Ying's house, open her underwear drawer and steal all the money. Shit. I forgot. Again. Like how I forgot that I was supposed to burn the school some weeks ago.

Juicy Couture wedges~

I love wedges. I LOVE WEDGES! I must get a pair. Soon. When it rains money.

Normally I don't like the colour combination of green and pink but I have to say the wedges above are an exception. It just .... appeals to me. =)

USD$65~ OK, you can kill me now.

So cute. SO CUTE!

Uh, did I mention that my birthday is coming soon? *clears throat*

Okay. This post is too long.

Anyway I want to go play some games.

Aww, I miss the games I used to play when I was young! Fire n' Ice (The Daring Adventures of Cool Coyote), Jazz Jack Rabbit, Cyberdogs, etc.

Rui Mei also plays Jazz Jack Rabbit!!!! Ahhh! I asked her to lend me the CD but she said she lost it .... pooo.

I can't download the games online! =( Garrh.

Okay. End the post. END THE POST.

~ENDED~
