I think I'm going to start collecting the Shopaholic series now that I have finished collecting Gossip Girl ...

Will it be a waste of money if I collected the whole series when I've read all of them before?? I think I did read all of them, except for the Shopaholic & Baby, and the new books of course.


Friends With Benefits

I have absolutely zero clue what the book's about. But then the cover is sort of cute (I am a sucker for books with gorgeous covers : LIKE GOSSIP GIRL!!!!!), with nice colors, and the synopsis behind doesn't look too bad, so I bought it.

Besides, you never know until you have tried reading it, right?


Best Friends For Never

The book is from the Clique series ... I don't know, I have sort of skimmed through the book. You see, there were always advertisements about the Clique series and the A-List series in the Gossip Girl books. Since, you know, the ads were in Gossip Girl, I assumed the books would probably be almost the same as Gossip Girl.

But then the Clique is ... different?? I don't know. They are just not the same. They are not as nice as the Gossip Girl series. Nothing can ever beat Gossip Girl!!!

I should have bought the A-List books because there was a comment at the back cover of the book that said "Fans of Gossip Girl will flock to this book immediately". Something of the sort. But the covers were quite ugly, so I didn't buy it. Sigh.

I love Serena van der Woodsen from the series!! She sounds so perfect. What?? She IS perfect except for her nail-biting habit.

Anyway I feel so bad for not taking care of the books carefully, I often bent the covers (NOT PURPOSELY, of course), accidentally dropped them on the floor, et cetera. Sigh.

I hereby apologize to my books for mistreating them even though it wasn't done on purpose. Except for the prequel book which I'm taking care of really, really carefully. But I don't know, maybe I did something bad to it and I didn't even realized. Sorry!!

I came across this in a magazine.

WHAT?? Rachel Bilson doesn't like mushrooms. How can she??! Grrr. I never even noticed that mushrooms have smells!! The normal kind of mushrooms anyway. What did she eat?? Poison, rotten mushrooms with maggots underneath the white polka-dotted red caps??

Oops. I think I just insulted my beloved mushrooms.

Okay, fine. I'm going to continue watching Bull Fighting (2nd time) and fall in love with the way Hebe and Mike looked at each other. (Not that I'm not in love already) *shudders* How ... electrifying??
