SuperStar Virgo : Part 3
23 November 2007
The Cruise : SuperStar Virgo
Part 3
I guess I slept really well the whole night and never got interrupted except for that one time when my sister went to the toilet at 4 o'clock in the morning.
We set an alarm for around 6.00 a.m, because we wanted to see if we could catch the sunrise. *yawn* I'd kill for a good sleep, but, whatever, I'm not going to be left alone in the cabin with nothing to do.
We went to the top deck, or the second top anyway, and we . . .
Guess what??
Choose an answer.
a) Because my cousin leaned too far out, and she fell into the water.
b) Sat down on the cozy chairs and watch the sun come out, watch the sky turn a beautiful color of gold, pink and orange.
c) Didn't do anything??!
d) Saw dolphins swimming and playing joyfully in the water. Oh my God!!!!
*
Forget it. That was lame.
xD
Anyway, THIS was what we saw :

This isn't even a real sunrise. It's just . . . colors in the sky??! Oh, well. Bad luck. I haven't really seen a decent sunrise OR sunset before. Okay, sunset, maybe yeah, I saw it at my cousin's house. It was totally gorgeous.

=D

The waves are really pretty!!
We decided to go to The Pavilion for our breakfast. We were all starving like hell, but The Pavilion wasn't opened yet. So we spent the time taking photos on the decks.

I look weird in most of the photos. Oh, screw that, I look weird in EVERY photo.
Sometimes I hate myself!! Why can't I be more photogenic?? And I'm not that good at Photoshop, so I couldn't make myself pretty. =P
Just kidding. I'm fine with the way I look, honestly. But I just wish my nose is smaller. And my smile is charming-er. And I'm not so fat. And my ears are nicer.
Okay. That means I'm not fine with the way I look.
But I am. Really. No kidding.
Oh, whatever!! Who wants to know about this stuff, anyway??
*
Finally, we went to The Pavilion.
And one thing I find very weird :
At the Bella Vista and The Pavilion, we couldn't wear open-toed shoes, or so it says, and the guys must wear collared shirts.
The guys, they have to wear collared shirts, AND shoes covering their toes. But the girls, they don't need to wear collared shirts, NOR shoes covering their toes. I mean, how come boys need to wear shoes like that and girls don't need to??
I still wonder why. For the first time, guys seem to be suffering more than girls. =P
Not that I'm complaining.
xD
*
The Pavilion is simply beautiful, just like the Bella Vista. Oh, damn it. Just like EVERYTHING on the cruise.
There are pretty pictures of peacocks everywhere in The Pavilion.

Just like the other places on the ship, The Pavilion has windows overlooking the sea.

I love the thing wrapped with the seaweed!! It looks like sushi, but it isn't. I don't remember what it was, but it sure tastes good. Most of the stuff we ate at the Pavilion tastes good except for the aubergine thing and the black sesame dumplings.
After that, guess what we did??
Okay, to make things easier for you, guess what we (fat and greedy people) did??
We went to the Mediterranean Buffet/Terrace for a second breakfast.
Two dinners last night, two breakfasts today.
Gosh. Seriously, I'm surprised I didn't put on weight when I came home and balanced myself on the weigh. In fact, I lost weight. It seems so impossible. Maybe all the shopping in Singapore burned off my calories.
Poo. Not that I'm thin, I'm still fat.

The Mediterranean Buffet/Terrace are done in blues and oranges.
Even the TRAYS are orange and blue.

Looks nice right??
Croissant, scrambled eggs, fried bacon, turkey ham, Chinese omelette, orange juice, fried egg, sausages, potatoes, a spoon and a fork.
Are you drooling??
Well, you better not.
The croissant looks fresh but it's kind of hard, not soft enough.
The scrambled eggs, (I LOVE scrambled eggs) but not this one, because normal scrambled eggs are so soft and sort of "watery" (if you know what I mean), and so nice to eat. This one is just . . . I don't know what to say.
The fried bacon is hard to chew, hard to swallow.
The turkey ham is WAY, way too salty. *splutters*
I don't like the Chinese omelette.
I don't want to talk about the potatoes.
I guess the spoon and the fork taste the nicest.
*
After breakfast, um, I mean, second breakfast, we continued exploring the ship again.

The Library.
Okay, I'll continue later.
